Speed matters

Our systems are designed to ship quickly, so your order may enter pick/pack shortly after purchase.
Standard cancellation rules

Free cancellations within 24 hours if the order has not shipped or entered irreversible processing.
Non-cancellable items

Made-to-order, special order, forged/custom-built products may not be cancellable once processing/production begins.
Order changes

Address changes or product swaps are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. If an address is wrong, returned/undeliverable shipment fees may apply.
