2. Shipping Policy

We provide Free Shipping on all orders to ensure a straightforward shopping experience with no hidden costs at checkout.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time we need to verify your fitment, package your items, and hand them over to the carrier.
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the estimated time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your door.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Delivery Carriers: We primarily ship via FedEx, but may also use UPS or USPS to ensure the most efficient delivery for your specific location.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with Google Merchant Center standards, we offer a dedicated return window.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging. For wheels and tires, products cannot be returned once they have been mounted on a vehicle.

    • For "buyer’s remorse" returns (e.g., changing your mind or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend consulting with a professional installer before purchasing or installing specialized 4x4 equipment.

The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you once we deliver the package to our shipping carrier. We comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requirements regarding shipping promises and notifications.
