We ship wheel & tire packages across the contiguous U.S. using parcel and freight carriers depending on size and destination. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships, and delivery timing may vary based on product availability, build time for mounted/balanced packages, and carrier transit. Returns & Exchanges
If you need to change, return, or exchange an order, contact us first so we can confirm eligibility and issue return authorization. Items must be unused and in new condition, and restocking fees may apply depending on the product and order status. Will this wheel & tire package fit my exact vehicle?
Yes. Enter your Year, Make, Model, and Trim, and our fitment specialists verify compatibility before shipment, including bolt pattern, offset, hub bore, and load rating.
Can I build my own set (choose any wheels and tires), and you’ll match fitment for me?
Yes. Choose wheels, add tires, and provide your vehicle details — we verify tire sizing, load capacity, and overall compatibility, and contact you if anything needs adjustment before shipping.
Are packages shipped mounted & balanced and ready to install?
Yes. Complete packages are professionally mounted, precision balanced, inspected before shipment, and arrive ready to install.
Is TPMS included, and will I get warning lights?
TPMS sensors aren’t included by default, but you can add a set at checkout. If selected, we install and program TPMS $160 (when applicable) before shipment to help prevent warning lights.
Do I need lug nuts or extra hardware?
Yes, lug nuts are always required for proper seating and safe installation. Some wheels require specific lug hardware depending on the seat type. We offer a complete lug nut set for $60, and we'll recommend the right option at checkout or during fitment verification.
Do I need a lift, spacers, or trimming to run this setup?
It depends on wheel width/offset, tire size, your trim, and your suspension. If you’re aiming for an aggressive stance, contact us with your goals and we’ll advise on lift height, trimming, spacers, and rubbing expectations.
What’s included in the price of a wheel & tire package?
Wheels, tires, professional mounting, precision balancing, and inspection prior to shipment. (Wheels-only or tires-only purchases include only the items selected.)
Is shipping free, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is included for the contiguous U.S. at the advertised price, and complete packages typically take about 2–3 weeks to process, package, and ship (timing varies by availability, custom orders, and destination).
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
Inspect deliveries carefully. For freight, inspect before signing and note damage on delivery paperwork with photos. For UPS/FedEx ground, inspect ASAP and notify us within 5 business days if damage is found.
What if something doesn’t fit — what’s your return/exchange policy?
Returns and changes require approval and return authorization, items must be unused and in new condition, and restocking fees may apply (up to 30%) unless the error was ours. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
Do packages have a warranty?
Yes. Wheels and tires carry the full manufacturer’s warranty, and we can help route you to the right warranty process if a claim is needed.
Do I need an alignment after installing a package?
Alignment is a smart idea if you changed tire size, installed suspension parts, notice pulling, or see uneven wear — a reputable local wheel alignment shop can help protect your tires and handling.
