Overview
We want you to be confident ordering from Level 4x4. Returns are available for eligible items that are new, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, subject to the rules below.
Return window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return authorization (RMA) required
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Level 4x4 before shipping items back. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused or returned to the sender.
Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and free of damage;
- All original accessories, hardware, manuals, and components must be included;
- Original manufacturer packaging must be intact.
If packaging is damaged or missing, Level 4x4 may charge a repackaging fee, which may vary (up to 15%).
Category-specific exclusions
- Wheels / tires: Not returnable if tires have been mounted to wheels, wheels have been mounted to a vehicle, or tires show mileage or road wear.
- Wheel & tire packages: Not returnable after mounting or installation. If returned, labor deductions may apply where applicable (up to 15%).
- Special order / made-to-order / custom-built items: Non-returnable and often non-cancellable after processing begins.
Fees and restocking
Returns are subject to a restocking fee, typically ranging from 10% to 25%, depending on the vendor and fulfillment stage.
Return shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “changed mind” or “ordered wrong item” returns.
- Level 4x4 covers return shipping when we shipped the wrong item or when an item arrives defective or damaged.
- Discounted return shipping labels may be offered, with the cost deducted from the refund.
Refund timing and method
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible.
- If the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit may be issued.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Inspection-based acceptance is standard.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Notify Level 4x4 within 48–72 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
- For freight shipments, delivery inspection rules must be followed to preserve claims.
