Processing time and delivery estimates
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed when your order ships and is also available in your account/order lookup.
Freight deliveries: signatures, inspection, and damage claims
- Appointment and access: Freight carriers may call ahead to schedule delivery. Ensure someone 18+ is available.
- Inspect before signing: Inspect the packaging and product before signing delivery documents. If there is visible damage, take photos and note damage on the delivery receipt, or refuse delivery where appropriate. Competitors explicitly warn that failure to inspect at delivery can result in denial of damage claims.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, notify Level 4x4 within 24–72 hours with photos. (Shipping protection programs often use 72 hours.)
- Liftgates and special services: Liftgate, inside delivery, limited access, storage, and redelivery can produce carrier surcharges.
Undeliverable, refused, or incorrect-address shipments
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or missed appointment, Level 4x4 may deduct:
- outbound shipping,
- return shipping,
- handling/repackaging fees, and
- a restocking fee (where applicable).
Backorders and shipping delays (FTC rule alignment)
If Level 4x4 advertises a ship timeframe, we must have a reasonable basis for meeting it; if no timeframe is stated, the FTC rule uses 30 days as the baseline expectation.
If we cannot ship on time, we will send a delay notice that gives you the choice to (a) agree to the delay or (b) cancel for a full refund, consistent with FTC guidance.
