Manufacturer warranties

Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Level 4x4 assistance

Level 4x4 will provide order documentation and reasonable assistance in submitting warranty claims to manufacturers when the manufacturer requires proof of purchase.

“DOA” coverage

No retailer warranty (manufacturer-only).

Retailer DOA policy: If an item arrives defective, Level 4x4 will replace or refund it if reported within 7 days.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, off-road impacts beyond intended design, racing, neglect, or modification
  • Labor/installation charges
