Frequently Asked Questions

Will this wheel & tire package fit my exact vehicle?

Yes. Enter your Year, Make, Model, and Trim, and our fitment specialists will verify full compatibility before your order ships – bolt pattern, offset, hub bore, and load rating included. If your vehicle has suspension modifications (lift kit, leveling kit, spacers, or similar), include those details at checkout so we can confirm clearance and stance. No surprises after installation is the goal.

Can I shop by vehicle instead of knowing all my specs upfront?

Yes – and that’s exactly how most people should start. Select your vehicle and our system filters compatible options automatically. From there, you’re just choosing how you want it to look: diameter, width, offset, and finish. If you want to go deeper on specs, we’re here for that too.

Can I build my own custom set and have you verify fitment?

Absolutely. Select any wheels, add the tires you prefer, and provide your vehicle details. Our team will review fitment, tire sizing, load capacity, and overall compatibility before processing the order. If anything needs to be adjusted, we’ll reach out before it ships – not after.

What’s the difference between offset and backspacing?

Offset is the distance between the wheel’s mounting surface and its centerline – it’s what moves the wheel in or out relative to the fender. Backspacing measures the clearance between that mounting surface and the wheel’s inner edge. Together they determine your stance and how “flush” or “poked” your setup looks. If you’re going aggressive, these are the two numbers worth understanding before you order.

How do I find my vehicle's bolt pattern?

Your bolt pattern is one of the most important specs to get right – wrong pattern means the wheel won't mount, full stop. You'll usually find it in one of three places: the sticker inside your driver's door jamb, your owner's manual, or stamped on the back of your current wheels. Most vehicles also have well-documented bolt patterns by year and model, so a quick search by Year/Make/Model/Trim on our site pulls it up in seconds. If you're not sure or your truck has been modified, message us with your vehicle details – we'll confirm it before you order so the hardware lines up the first time.

What is center bore, and do I need hub rings?

Center bore is the hole at the center of the wheel that seats onto your hub. A hub-centric fit – where the center bore matches your hub exactly – keeps the wheel perfectly centered and helps prevent vibration. If your wheel’s center bore is slightly larger than your hub, hub rings close the gap. Skip them and you might feel low-frequency vibration at highway speed.

Are wheel & tire packages shipped mounted and balanced?

Yes – and it's all included at no extra cost. Every complete wheel & tire package is professionally mounted, precision balanced, and inspected before it leaves our facility, with mounting and balancing built into the package price – no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons at checkout. Your setup arrives ready to install, so you skip the trip to a local shop for tire mounting and pay zero extra labor when the package lands at your door.

What’s included in the price?

Free shipping is included on every order to the Lower 48 – wheels, tires, or complete packages.
Wheels-only orders – you receive the wheels only.
Tires-only orders – you receive the tires only.
Wheel & tire packages – the price includes the wheels, the tires, professional mounting, precision balancing, a pre-shipment inspection, and our Verified Fitment check by a specialist – bolt pattern, offset, hub bore, and load rating reviewed before anything ships. Mounting and balancing are always free with a package – no hidden add-ons at checkout, no surprise labor fees when the order arrives at your door.

Do I need new lug nuts when I buy new wheels?

Almost always, yes. OEM lug nuts typically won’t seat correctly on aftermarket wheels. Different wheels use different lug seat types (tapered/conical, flat, or ball), and the wrong hardware can cause vibration, loosening, or unsafe mounting even if the bolt pattern matches. We offer a complete lug nut set for $60 with an optional locking option, and we’ll confirm the correct hardware for your exact wheels before shipment.

Is TPMS included? Will I get a warning light?

TPMS sensors aren't included by default, but you can add a set of 4 at checkout for $160. If added, we install and program them before shipment so your vehicle won't throw a warning light when you bolt the package on.
For TPMS to program correctly, we need your exact Year, Make, Model, and Trim – the same model year can ship with different sensor protocols depending on trim or build date, so this detail isn't optional. Planning to reuse your factory sensors? Confirm compatibility with your vehicle before ordering – we'll flag it if anything looks off.

Do I need a lift kit, spacers, or trimming?

It depends on wheel width and offset, tire size, vehicle trim, and existing suspension setup. If you’re aiming for an aggressive stance, larger tire setup, or a specific look, contact us before ordering. We’ll provide clear guidance on required lift height, potential trimming, spacer recommendations, and rubbing expectations. Our goal is zero surprises after installation.

Do I need a wheel alignment after installing new wheels or tires?

It depends on wheel width and offset, tire size, vehicle trim, and your existing suspension setup. If you're aiming for an aggressive stance, a larger tire setup, or a specific look, contact us before ordering – we'll walk you through required lift height, trimming, spacer recommendations, and any rubbing expectations up front.
For a plus-size upgrade on a stock vehicle, a full lift usually isn't necessary – small adjustments like a quick fender liner trim can typically be handled at our shop or your nearest local installer. Either way, our goal is zero surprises after installation.

Is shipping free? How long does delivery take?

Yes – free shipping on every order to the Lower 48. Handling time is typically 1 business day for LevelOE wheels and 1–3 business days for everything else, plus 3–5 business days in transit (varies by destination). To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before our cut-off time of 2:00 PM (PST). All shipments go to the address at checkout and a signature is often required – plan to inspect the boxes before signing.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect everything before you sign for a freight delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery documents, photograph it, and contact us immediately. For UPS or FedEx Ground shipments, a signature may not be required – inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Reporting outside that window may affect your claim eligibility.

What warranty do the wheels and tires carry?

Wheels and tires are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty when the manufacturer provides one – coverage terms vary by brand and product line. If you're returning a product without a warranty claim or verified defect, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and restocking fees may apply at the manufacturer's discretion. To initiate a warranty claim, contact our Warranty Department directly.

How do I find my current wheel size?

The fastest way is to read the markings on your existing wheels – diameter, width, and offset are typically stamped on the back of the spokes or on the inner barrel (look for something like "18x9 +18"). You can also check your tire sidewall, which shows the wheel diameter at the end of the tire size (the "R18" in "275/65R18" means an 18-inch wheel). For factory specs, the driver's door jamb sticker and your owner's manual list the original size your vehicle shipped with. Going up in diameter or width from stock? Tell us your plans at checkout and we'll verify clearance, offset, and tire pairing before anything ships.

What does "Verified Fitment" actually mean?

It means a real specialist manually reviews your full setup – wheels and tires together – against your specific vehicle before the order ships. If you've got a stock vehicle and shopped by Year, Make, Model, and Trim, 99% of the time the site filters already nailed it – we just double-check. Running a lift, leveling kit, or spacers? Include those at checkout – that's where most fitment surprises come from, and it's exactly what we catch before anything ships.
